Shipping Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Kicks Empire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Kicks Empire is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping costs incurred for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
